Victorville Daily Press The City of Hesperia has prevailed in a court battle with former District 4 Councilman Jeremiah Brosowske, who sued the municipality after he was ousted by the City Council in September 2019 for alleged non-residency. Brosowske has always maintained that he resided in Hesperia while running for office and sought to be reinstated. He presented a 200-page document to the council via his attorney that he said offered proof. However, San Bernardino County Superior Court Judge David Cohn didn’t agree, and this week denied Brosowske’s claim and ruled that he “failed to meet the residency requirement” by not living in the Hesperia District on July 25 ....
