An Eastern Michigan University graduate and ex-fraternity member accused of sexual assaults by nine women will weigh a plea deal in the case.
Dustyn Durbin, 24, of Frenchtown Township, currently faces 13 counts of criminal sexual conduct from reported assaults said to have occurred during his time at the school and often in his Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity house.
However, the Washtenaw County Prosecutor s Office has put an offer on the table, said Assistant Prosecutor Christina Hines during a Monday court appearance at the Washtenaw County Trial Court.
Hines declined to state the details of the offer until the attorneys and defendant appear next time in front of Circuit Judge Patrick Conlin.
