The 26-year-old man, who is accused of raping his former wife, was caught after cops refused to listen to his parents and found him hiding in the back of a bakkie during a search of their home. Killer on the loose after evading his parole officer By Monique Duval Share Cape Town – The Grassy Park SAPS are on the hunt for a convicted murderer from Parkwood who has evaded his parole officer for more than a year. Station commander Colonel Dawood Laing says despite being found guilty for murder in the Diep River SAPS precinct, Tyrone Lottering, 46, was sentenced to only 12 years in jail. Laing says because the crime happened in another precinct, he does not have details of the crime.
