The nonprofit Arts Los Altos recently sponsored installation of âNevicataâ â a pendant light created by the artist duo HYBYCOZO â inside the Los Altos Chamber of Commerce building in Lincoln Park. The pendant lamp design casts shadows that exhibit snowflake patterns, with bright, dynamic lighting visible at night from Foothill Expressway.

Itâs really beautiful. It is so perfect, it simply looks like it belongs here. We are grateful to Arts Los Altos for enhancing our newly reopened Visitorâs Center.â
