Several south-central Pa. counties are reporting outages of the 911 phone system on Wednesday afternoon, according to social media posts from officials.
Franklin County’s Emergency Service Department tweeted there is a phone outage affecting the three counties’ 911 and non-emergency lines. The problem was first reported just after 2 p.m. Texting 911 is still an option in Franklin County.

West Shore Regional Police are trying to identify this man as they investigate a fight at a Lemoyne store.

West Shore Regional Police are asking the public to help them identify a man they said was involved in a fight at a store in Lemoyne.
They said the incident occurred at 10:15 a.m. Dec. 21 at the Lemoyne Mart and that the man drove off in a red minivan.
Police released security camera photos of the man Monday. Anyone with information can call police at 717-238-9676. ....
