Need to build capacity

There is the need for St Vincent and the Grenadines to build its own capacity in terms of being able to deal with studying and monitoring La Soufriere volcano.
According to Dr Ralph Gonsalves, Prime Minister, while speaking on radio on January 17, there were a number of agencies that provided services to SVG, some of which the public were not aware.
Those among the list include the Caribbean Meteorology and Hydrology Institute and The UWI Seismic Research Centre (SRC) which is currently in country providing vital services. ....
