STARKVILLE, Miss. (5/1/21) – With the Sun Belt Conference Championships looming, the Arkansas State track and field teams finished the regular season strong at the Maroon and White Invite.
Twenty Red Wolves set personal-best marks on Saturday at the Mike Sanders Track and Field Complex, while A-State notched five event victories. In total on the weekend, the Scarlet and Black tallied 29 personal bests and seven event wins.

JONESBORO, Ark. (4/17/21) – When Arkansas State track and field’s Bennett Pascoe and Pauline Meyer toe the start line, there’s a good chance something big is about to happen.
That happened Saturday at the Red Wolves Open, as both took down school records in the 1500m at the A-State Track and Field Complex. Meyer broke her second school record in as many weeks, clocking a time of 4:26.22 to win the women’s 1500m, giving her five school records to her credit.

SO Equity is now offering a bias reporting system for people who have experienced hate crimes in the Rogue Valley
Lt. Mike Budreau, with the Medford Police Department says, after reviewing reports dating back to 2015, he has yet to discover any reports of biased crimes.

MEDFORD, Ore. The Southern Oregon Coalition for Racial Equity is now offering a bias reporting system for people who have experienced hate crimes in the Rogue Valley.
The Logistics Director for the organization, Kayla Wade, says since the resource has launched, few incidents have been reported. SO Equity has it s volunteers go through trauma training to best assist and support victims whether they want to file the report with police or not.
