Rachel Neff named as new Cunningham MS principal

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas â Rachel Neff has been chosen as the new principal at Cunningham Middle School at South Park, the Corpus Christi Independent School District announced.
Neff will replace Sandy Salinas-DeLeon, who the district recently named principal of Roy Miller High School.
Neff, who most recently served as a principal in the Robstown ISD, has also been an assistant principal at CCISDâs Cullen Middle School and Robert Driscoll Middle School.
Neff holds a bachelorâs degree from Texas A&M University and a masterâs degree from the University of Houston. An educator since 2005, the majority of Neffâs experience is in secondary education. She is also a graduate of Leadership Corpus Christi Class 49 and a CC Under 40 honoree.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas â Three schools in Corpus Christi are teaming up to test out robots that local elementary students have been working on building for the past two months.
Garcia Elementary students were out at the natatorium Thursday testing out robots they built with the help of students at Cunningham Middle School at South Park and Moody High School. The end goal for our students is just to get that hands on experience in the innovation academy, working with hands on, engineering, robotics, teamwork, just all of those types of things, said Kimberly Wilburn, 5th grade Teacher and Robotics and STEM Coordinator.
