CHESHIRE — Police Chief Neil Dryfe did not hide his concern about juvenile justice reform and the new Police Accountability bill passed by the Connecticut State Legislature this past summer, during a Town Council meeting late last month. 
Dryfe identified what he sees as serious issues with both pieces of legislation, and made it clear to the Town Council that he would like them to address the issue with local state legislators who are scheduled to appear before the Council next week ....
