ATLANTA, Georgia Richard (Dick) M. Suever entered his heavenly home on Saturday in Atlanta, Georgia.
He
was born on April 21, 1930, in Delphos to Frank A. Suever and Rosemary
E. Suever, who preceded him in death. He married Ann N. Suever, who also
preceded him in death after more than 58 years of marriage.
He is
survived by eight children, Rick (Sharon) Suever of Huntsville,
Alabama, Karen (Bob) Kimmey of Urbana, Illinois, Sue (Jack) Borchgrevink
of Houston, Texas, Patty Stephens of Atlanta, Kathy Grey (David) of

Michigan s 16 Democratic members of the Electoral College met today in the state Senate chamber in Lansing and, to no one s surprise, voted to send the state s votes to President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris. 
The vote followed roughly 40 minutes of ceremony and parliamentary procedure. Lt. Gov. Garlin Gilchrist presided over the separate votes for president and vice president. 
The electors then signed six certificates each, certifying the election.  
The day was not without drama. Credible threats about the electors safety necessitated Michigan State Police escorts into the Capitol building, which remained locked and closed to the public. (The public could view the proceeding via multiple live streams.) The Senate and House office buildings were also locked. ....
