CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A U.S. District Court Judge sentenced a Cleveland man to 30 years in prison after a jury determined he sold the heroin and fentanyl that killed a Lakewood.
Kadeem Davis, 31, of Cleveland, was found guilty of one count of distribution of fentanyl and heroin, with a sentencing enhancement alleging the sale resulted in death, and two counts of use of a communication facility in furtherance of drug trafficking and one count of possession of fentanyl and heroin with intent to distribute, according to a press release from the U.S. Department of Justice. ....
