Now this principal, Candace Kivedo (65), is looking forward to rocky roads of another nature, those leading to barren, desolated and ancient landscapes. ....

Honoring Bonnie Lowdermilk, a Boulder Colorado-based pianist, vocalist, and piano teacher. Bonnie began piano lessons at age six and within a few years was singing and playing at Kiwanis and church functions in various ensembles. Bonnie received her Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in Piano Pedagogy and Performance with a Minor in Voice and performed around town with groups such as the Denver Concert Jazz Quartet and Fred Hess’ Creative Music Ensemble. She has studied jazz piano privately with Ted Alexander, Katy Roberts (formerly a teacher at Berklee School of Music), Eric Gunnison and Art Lande. ....
