　　屏南革命根据地参训的红军游击队和地方工作人员有宁屏古县委、政屏县委，以及宁屏四区、宁屏五区共二三百人（不包括闽东独立师在屏南活动的主力部队），靠近石堂、玉洋的屏南乡亲在当地党组织的动员和组织下，掀起支援红军的高潮。
　　1938年1月25日，阮英平、范式人、陈挺率领闽东独立师1380多名红军指战员从石堂先后抵达屏南棠口整训，待命北上抗日。
　　叶飞从南昌返回时，与一同来的新四军政治部组织部长李子芳抵达棠口，在棠口教堂主持召开中共闽东特委扩大会议，传达党中央东南分局和新四军军部的决定：一、闽东红军改编为新四军第三支队第六团，叶飞任团长，阮英平任副团长；二、范式人、王助留在地方工作，范式人接替叶飞任中共闽东特委书记，王助任闽东特委宣传部部长兼统战部长，并以新四军参议� ....

福建检察公益诉讼为保护红色文物铸盾--法制网

但因年久失修，“福建省委武夷干校遗址”中的“中共福建省委旧址纪念亭”存在破损，“新四军第三支队留守处办公旧址”周围的排水影响了建筑安全，红色标语的保护设施也出现了破损。
眼看这些见证了闽北地区红军革命斗争及发展的文物存在毁损、灭失的风险隐患，去年8月31日，武夷山市人民检察院向洋庄乡政府发出行政公益诉讼诉前检察建议，建议其落实文物保护属地责任制，对破损的红色文物予以修缮，依法履行文物保护职责。洋庄乡政府向检察机关复函，将采取动员部署、争取资金、组织修缮等措施进行整改。
收到复函后，武夷山检察院并未以复函简单将公益诉讼结案，而是积极跟进监督、落实责任，与洋庄乡分管文物保护的负责人密切沟通，确保检察建议落实到位。今年6月7日，武夷山检察院开展该案的公益诉讼“回头 ....
