LILY NICKEL LISBON The Columbiana County Port Authority has secured millions of dollars in grant funding for local governments and businesses over the last few years, and now it’s hoping to continue that trend. Since 2018, the CCPA has helped government entities and private businesses secure over $4 million in grants, making it possible for those agencies to complete projects throughout the county totaling $8 million. Completed projects include infrastructure improvements, workforce development, workforce creation, recreational infrastructure, energy upgrades, equipment purchases, and warehouse buildings.
