MINISTRY OF GOVERNANCE INTRODUCES E-PAYMENT PLATFORM
 
The Ministry of Governance, Public Service Reform, Citizen Empowerment, Social Justice and Ecclesiastical Affairs continues to work to improve service delivery to the public.
In efforts to do so, the Ministry conducted an online customer satisfaction survey, on sight spot checks, physical assessments of government departments and consultations with officers involved in service delivery.
“Results of the online survey highlighted the need for digital access to services and virtual payment systems as one of the priority solutions for improvement in our delivery of services to the public,” stated Minister for Governance, Public Service Reform, Citizen Empowerment, Social Justice and Ecclesiastical Affairs, Honourable Gretta Roberts. ....
