Nicholas Bahri appeared in person before Judge John Chmura in the 37th District Court for what was supposed to be a preliminary examination to determine if he’ll stand trial on murder, arson, mutilation of a dead body and weapons charges. Bahri, 37, of West Bloomfield, was arraigned in the 37th District Court in Warren on Oct. 13 on three counts of first-degree and felony murder, various weapons charges, arson, and one count of mutilation and dismemberment of a body. Police allege “drugs and money” motivated Bahri to kill 31-year-old Tukoyo Moore, who lived in a home on Otis Avenue in Warren. The bodies of Moore’s girlfriend, Isis Rimson, 28, and Moore’s 6-year-old son, Tai’raz Moore, were found in the basement of the home on Oct. 1. Police went there after Tukoyo Moore’s body was found in a burning car in Detroit. ....
