UPDATE: Forward progress stopped on Bullskin Fire burning in Oak Run area 7 p.m. UPDATE Forward progress of the Bullskin Fire has been stopped, Cal Fire Capt. Dave Chapman said. He said the fire was last reported to be 2 and a half acres and forward progress was stopped around 6:30 p.m.  Chapman said firefighters will be in the area mopping up for about  5:55 p.m. UPDATE Crews making good progress, according to scanner reports.
