Dave Wallis / Forum News Service FARGO Xcel Energy officials have announced the construction of a new 4.5-mile natural gas line starting in May, which could cause disruptions in West Fargo and Fargo. The purpose of the project is to expand service in the fast-growing south Fargo, West Fargo and Horace areas, said Tony Grindberg, principal manager for Xcel Energy in North Dakota. The new pipeline is expected to cost anywhere from $25-30 million. ....
OTTAWA The Eastern Ontario Health Unit says the risk to the public is considered to be low after an employee at a Cornwall Canadian Tire store tested positive for COVID-19. An employee at the Canadian Tire Store on Ninth Street East in Cornwall recently tested positive for novel coronavirus. The employee worked on April 1 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., April 3 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and April 5 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. The employee has been in isolation since April 5. The health unit says all recommended public health measures were in place at the store throughout the days that the employee worked. ....

It’s just that Covid helped kick that into high gear,” owner Shanna Cramer said last week. Creatively Uncorked started in 2014. The last five years the studio has been at 715 13th Ave. E., in the Pioneer Block near the Ninth Street East and 13the Avenue intersection. ....
