JAMESTOWN, ND. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown wrestling team placed in state for the second year in a row as the Blue Jays finish in third with a victory over Bismarck Century to end the day.
Jamestown started the day by taking down Devils Lake in the opening round of the dual meet 61-18. In match two, Jamestown fell 54-15 to the eventual champions Bismarck High, before taking down Century to end the day.
The Blue Jays were led at 160 by Colton Mewes who finished the day at a perfect 3-0, defeating the individual state champ  Kaden Renner of Bismarck 5-1 via decision. Damien Krebs also had a perfect 3-0 day at 285 after defeating Jacob Burckhard of Century 3-2 by decision to end the day. ....
