PIERRE, S.D. A ceremonial round dance hosted by Gov. Kristi Noem on the state capitol grounds was briefly interrupted on Thursday, May 20, by indigenous protesters, shouting criticisms of Noem s handling of the pandemic and her lawsuits against the Biden administration over fireworks at Mount Rushmore and the Keystone XL pipeline rescission.
