Ayimba who currently serves as an assistant coach at Kenya Harlequin, is a former Kenya 7s and 15s captain. He was part of the playing unit that represented Kenya at its maiden Rugby World Cup 7s appearance in 2001 in Argentina and Hong Kong in 2005 as well as the 2002 and 2006 Commonwealth Games.
