KUWAIT CITY, April 20: The head of the Sabah Al-Ahmad City Residents Voluntary Committee, Turki Al-Osaimi, regrets that officials in various government institutions have ignored the problems and disasters that afflict the residents of Sabah Al-Ahmad area. '89% work' on pedestrian bridges completed: PART - ARAB TIMES

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 13: The Public Authority for Roads and Transportation (PART) announced 89 percent of the project to design, construct, and maintain pedestrian bridges and a bus stop in various areas has been completed. PART sources said the work is progressing at a fast pace and that delivery will be on time to achieve the desired goals of the project, which aims to provide pedestrians bridges for the safety of road users.

Kuwait Municipality removes 60 illegal camping sites - ARAB TIMES

KUWAIT, Jan 3: Kuwait Municipality said Sunday it removed 60 illegal camping sites off the Seventh Ring Road because they violated Ministry of Health’s (MoH) ban on camping in order to prevent gatherings thus curb Covid-19 spread.
Kuwait Municipality’s supervision team will immediately remove any camping site because it violates health restrictions, Faisal Al-Otaibi, director of cleaning and road constructions at Ahmadi Governorate, said in a statement.
Municipality teams in the governorate, he asserted, continue its round-the-clock campaign to remove all violations. (KUNA)
