Barely big enough for two desks and a small table, the cramped office features art in various mediums on three of its four walls. Sorry: Daniel Wallace said he was deeply sorry for his offences AN apologetic drug dealer has been given a four year jail sentence after he admitted a raft of offences. Daniel Wallace, 32 of Pennine Way, Harraby, admitted six counts of possessing class A and B drugs with intent to supply as well as producing cannabis. He also admitted flouting a restraining order. As he was being sentenced at Carlisle Crown Court, Wallace read out a letter of apology, telling the judge: I am deeply sorry for the offences. Sentenced alongside him at Carlisle Crown Court was Liam Carthy, 31 of Cumrew Close, Carlisle. He admitted being concerned in the supply of cocaine and being concerned in the supply of cannabis. ....

We only sent appointments out from Dallas County Health & Human Services to people over the age of 75 this week, said Jenkins. However, the county noticed a problem Monday afternoon. “We figured it out at 4:20 p.m. yesterday. And it was suspicious for a couple hours even before that, because you re looking at the line and the people are getting younger and younger. And they re all kind of coming from one neighborhood, so that was a clue,” said Jenkins. ....
