The violence of a near-record 12 months of violent death in the Park City began with the killing of 38-year-old Abdul Hassan Lemon in the 90 block of Remington Street around 1:30 a.m. on Jan. 10. He had been shot multiple times. He was rushed to the hospital where he later died. By the end of 2020, Bridgeport reached 24 killings. Of those 24 homicides, 21 were by gun, two by knife and one by strangulation. ....
