A total of 221,490 children in Quezon City were vaccinated by the local government against Measles and Rubella in February.
Children aged nine months to five years old were vaccinated by the Quezon City Health Department (CHD) through the city’s simultaneous immunization drive.

According to the QC government, the chosen vaccination sites are all public schools, because these are the most strategic and efficient venues for the vaccination.
Schools have ample space to ensure the free movement of personnel and to implement social distancing. They are also the nearest venues from our health centers, where the vaccines coming from Zuellig to our cold storage facility will be stored, Mayor Joy Belmonte explained. ....
