Sheriff: Man arrested, accused of murdering mother of his children in Clermont County

A man was arrested Tuesday after a woman was found dead inside her Clermont County home, according to the Clermont County Sheriff s Office.Authorities arrested Kilo Nigel Mike Moton, 51, for his involvement in the death of Megan Applegate, 36, at a home on Church Street in Batavia Township. The sheriff s office believes Applegate was killed on Saturday.Hours after Applegate s body was discovered Monday night, police said they were searching for Moton as a person of interest in her death.Officials with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives were offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to Moton’s arrest.ATF officials say he was wanted in connectio ....
