Because the north end doesn’t “already have one,” Beskovic said. When it opens sometime in March, the partners’ restaurant Bone In Prime will have undergone a $700,000 renovation. The nearly 7,600-square-foot space previously had been home to Perfectly Prepared, which started selling prepared, heat-and-serve meals, in fall 2018 before it closed at the start of the pandemic.
