Dallas-based Wingstop entered into a 100-restaurant agreement in 2017 with LPH founded by Saul Lewin, Tom Grogan, Herman Sahota and Paddy Bamford as the sole franchisee for the UK market. LPH opened Wingstop s first restaurant in the heart of central London, and its portfolio now has a mix of high-street, shopping mall and ghost kitchen locations. ....
Wingstop in Reading Wingstop’s menu also features signature sides including seasoned fries and freshly-made ranch and bleu cheese dips. The new split-level restaurant will have a seating capacity of over 70 covers. The new site will initially generate a number of new jobs for local residents with the aim of creating more job opportunities as Covid restrictions ease. The opening hours to the Broad Street entrance of the Oracle Centre were extended to accommodate the operations of Wingstop, and the restaurant will operate between Monday to Saturday 11.00am – 11.00pm and Sunday 11.00am – 10.30pm. Published on Lemon Pepper Holdings, a master franchisee and brand partner of Wingstop, the award-winning concept with more than 1,500 locations worldwide, today announced that it has agreed a ‘trilogy’ deal with Hammerson to open three new regional locations at its flagship destinations Bullring (Birmingham), the Oracle (Reading), and Cabot Circus (Bristol). Following the successful opening of their 10th UK location in Gloucester Road, South Kensington late last year, Wingstop UK are now set to open sites in the former EAT at Bullring, the former Chik-Fil-A at the Oracle, and the former Dorothy Perkins in Bristol’s Cabot Circus.
