Plano businessman John Muns defeated realtor Lily Bao in the Plano mayor’s race and Place 4 and 7 city council seats are headed to a runoff election.
For Place 6 (Mayor), Muns won 52.8% of the total votes, and Bao came in second with 43.3%, according to
