Repairing controversial Kaka ako roads Credit Daniel Ramirez / Flickr It took a 10-year legal battle to get to the bottom of who actually owns the roads in Kaka ako and to get someone to finally fix them. Now that a judge has ruled in favor of the city and state, the city has the green light to repair over 100 potholes in the area and eventually upgrade the streets entirely.
