Patrick Dempsey (left) is among the stars of Devils Big Light Productions, the London- and Paris-based indie behind Amazon original The Man in the High Castle, has boarded the second season of international thriller series Devils, starring Patrick Dempsey. Frank Spotnitz’s prodco will coproduce the Sky original series alongside Sky Italia and Italy-based Lux Vide in collaboration with Sky Studios and French duo Orange Studio and OCS. Based on book The Devils by Guido Maria Brera, the thriller revolves around two financial traders who come across a worldwide financial conspiracy after one of them is named as a suspect in a murder investigation. ....
TVDRAMA Big Light on Board Devils Season Two Leonardo, The Man in the High Castle) has signed on to co-produce the second season of the thriller Devils, which stars Patrick Dempsey ( Grey’s Anatomy, Suburra: Blood on Rome). Big Light CEO Frank Spotnitz ( The X-Files, Medici, Last Tango in Halifax) will serve as executive producers on the second season. Spotnitz, who acted as consulting producer on the first season, will also serve as lead writer alongside James Dormer ( Strike Back, Medici), Naomi Gibney and Caroline Henry.
