Indianapolis protest: Marchers rally for Palestine downtown

Nearly 100 people took to downtown Indianapolis streets Tuesday afternoon demanding an end to violence against Palestinians as the conflict between Israel and Hamas enters its ninth day. 
Cars honked, and the crowd chanted Free, free Palestine  while onlookers in the roundabout took out their phones to take photos and video. 
Some draped Palestinian flags over their shoulders. A few carried babies and kids. All had a similar message: to end the genocide and occupation of Palestine.
At least 213 Palestinians, including 61 children, are dead and over 1,440 are wounded from airstrikes into Gaza, the Associated Press reported. Rocket launches from civilian areas in Gaza have killed 12 Israelis, including a 5-year-old boy. ....

Indianapolis weather: Indiana travel advisory extended


City officials said roads were technically passable Tuesday morning but encouraged residents not to take non-essential trips.

How much snow did Indianapolis get?
The city recorded between 7.5 and 9.5 inches of snow as of early Tuesday morning, according to the National Weather Service. Meteorologists said unofficial reports from around the city indicate about 8.5 inches of snow fell on the west side, about 9 inches accumulated on the north side and around 9.5 inches fell on the south side. ....
