On July 31, Sylvia’s Enchilada Kitchens owner Sylvia Casares will be teaching a class on Tex-Mex appetizers at her Eldridge Parkway location from 1–4 p.m. For $65, attendees will receive the class, all materials, and a meal at Sylvia’s.  “Sylvia will be showing the step-by-step ways to making flautas, chile con queso, picamole, ceviche, avocado salsa, and roasted tomato salsa,” according to a press release. “All are perfect for summer entertaining or just casual afternoons with family out of the heat.”
