FLINT, Mich. â The president and owner of Oil Chem Inc. pleaded guilty in federal court in Flint to a criminal charge of violating the Clean Water Act, a news release announced Thursday.
It stems from illegal discharges of landfill leachate â totaling more than 47 million gallons â into the City of Flintâs sanitary sewer system over eight-and-a-half years. ....
