Not long now and the “
rebirth of an American icon” will become complete as Jeep has scheduled the official reveal of the (almost) series-production 2022 Wagoneer and 2022 Grand Wagoneer for March 11 at 12 pm EST. Before the couple goes live, though, here’s one (possibly) final preview. 62 photos
The imposing 2022 Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer are finally coming to slot their massive body-on-frame above the current Grand Cherokee and all-new seven-seat Grand Cherokee L. We’ve known that for some time already, and even witnessed the revival in concept form this past September.
Now it’s almost time for the real deal, and we can already detect the connections between the pre-production series model that will be featured on the red carpet and the earlier concept version, thanks to a recent preview on social media.

Not long ago, we discussed Ant Anstead (the Wheeler Dealers host, among other ventures) and his latest project that seeks to recapture the classic thrills experiences by legends such as Nino Farina and Juan Manuel Fangio. It’s called the Tipo 184, and it’s a no-frills kit car inspired by the iconic Alfa Romeo 158/159, a.k.a. the Alfetta. 24 photos
One of the most successful racing cars ever created (47 victories out of 54 Grand Prix participations), the Alfetta is also one of those vehicles that pretty much embodies the running urban legend that Italians also make the most beautiful four-wheeled contraptions in the world.

Just a few days ago, we’ve seen Mitsubishi present the all-new Outlander generation for the 2022 model year. The company has been slowly but steadily rolling out new models, as earlier this month it also brought the refreshed 2022 Eclipse Cross to the U.S. market with a starting price of $23,395. Now, it’s time for what looks like an odd step back with the 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander equipped with the plug-in hybrid powertrain. Fortunately, it’s just the styling that’s outdated, not the technology. 13 photos
For now, the Outlander PHEV retains the design of the third generation, but Mitsubishi compensates for the aging looks with an upgraded powertrain, more electric range, and better value. To be more precise, the Outlander Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) SUV comes with powertrain revisions, a larger battery pack, more performance, and the same pricing as before – kicking off at $36,295.

Until now, there was always something after the Taycan branding keeping company to Porsche’s first EV. Now, the Turbo S, Turbo, and 4S models are being joined by a fourth version. Previously available only in China, the new variant is simply named Taycan and comes with rear-wheel drive and the lowest MSRP to date, undercutting the 4S by a considerable amount. 12 photos
In the United States, the pricing nomenclature for the Taycan is a clear example of jumping scale. The Taycan 4S goes from at least $103,800, followed by the Taycan Turbo at almost $151k, and the flagship Taycan Turbo S that kicks off at $185k.
It was August of 2020 when Bugatti proudly announced it was finally kicking off the deliveries of the 1,500-PS Divo, completing around two years of extensive development and proudly announcing a new era of modern coachbuilding for the exotic French manufacturer.
