Share To see what all the fuss was about I recently dipped my toe in Oxfordshire’s icy cold waters. Did I like it? Maybe. The Irish Times reports that they are examining the proposals, which aim to extend the short summer bathing season. This season, which runs from June into mid-September, doesn’t reflect the ever-increasing popularity of sea swimming.
