Ohio Governor Mike DeWine Monday announced the appointment of Mary Lynne Birck to the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division.
Birck, of New Richmond, will assume office on Dec. 29 and will be replacing Judge Kathleen Rodenberg.
Birck was an Assistant Clermont County Prosecuting Attorney since 1995. She represented the county and its elected officials in a wide variety of matters, including litigation and personnel. Birck was awarded Community Leader of the Year by the Clermont County Board of Developmental Disabi ....
