Guy Fieri, renowned restaurateur and television personality, was the project’s co-director and executive producer. The documentary captures the coronavirus pandemic’s impact on the restaurant industry. While some restaurants have relied on take-out and delivery services to stay open, many others have closed, either short-term or permanently. “I’ve traveled coast to coast visiting thousands of restaurants across the country on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, and after all the time on the road, it’s clear that restaurants are the heart and soul of their communities,” Fieri told Food Network. “When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, the impact on the restaurant industry was immediate. ....

Sugar City local Keaton Ashton, 12, was one of a dozen contestants selected to be on the Kids Baking Championship a competitive television show for young bakers on the Food Network. He spent the summer filming the 10-week competition that is set to air at the end of the year. Contestants are eliminated on a weekly basis, and only one is named the winner and receives $25,000, a spot in Food Network Magazine and the title of Kids Baking Champion. ....
