Burak Hezar of Allen is suspected in the slayings of his mother, Isil Borat, and sister, Burcu Hezar, also both of Allen.(Allen Police Department) Officers were called shortly after 9 a.m. Saturday to a home in the 1800 block of Nueces Drive, near West McDermott Drive and Custer Road, after a “disturbance with weapons” was reported. ....
