Inter said 60 per cent of production capacity is now covered by long-term contracts with seven Canadian and multinational buyers. It did not name them. That is slightly below the company’s target of 70 per cent of production contracted, but likely above market expectations, Stifel GMP analyst Ian Gillies said in a note. Inter said it expects adjusted EBITDA, which are earnings before certain items are taken into account, from the project to be around $300 million in 2022 and $400-$450 million in 2023.
