As well as food, James is also blunt on the issue of politics, and has previously blasted Remainers for continuing to want to overturn the referendum result, years after Brexit was voted for.
He attacked pro-EU groups who worried that the UK could suffer food shortages if we left the bloc, a claim decried by the former Ready Steady Cook chef.
Although he admitted Brexit wasn t going to be straight-forward , he remarked in 2017 that we re not going to bloody starve .
He said during an interview with i: Being a farmer’s kid, I thought the least we can do is support all the amazing producers that produce all the food or wine or beer in the UK.” ....

Tom Jones 'doubted he would live' after death of wife Linda following HUNDREDS of affairs | Celebrity News | Showbiz & TV

Despite cheating on his wife with scores of women, Sir Tom always maintained that Linda was his soulmate.
From the day they met at school in Treforest, Pontypridd, he claimed to have known she was the one for him.
Sir Tom described her as “the most important thing in my life” and an “unbelievable woman” in a 2006 Daily Mail article.
But a decade later, Linda died after being diagnosed with terminal lung cancer, at the age of 75.
Her death was roughly one-year before Sir Tom and Linda would have celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.

The much loved TV chef is back on screens today, as he is joined by comic Mel Giedroyc, and chefs Jonathan Phang and Ravinder Bhogal, on his flagship ITV show James Martin s Saturday Morning. The outspoken cook is often vocal in his criticism of injustices he deems to notice, and has previously spoken of his anger at anti-Brexit sentiment that remains, years after the EU referendum.
