In 2018 Paul Ditz added a small side-business to his already bustling legal practice, Shelby’s Totally Free Clothes store. Today, that operation has outgrown the confines of its office and is now in the process of moving into a bigger space. The catalyst for Totally Free Clothes Store actually came from Ditz’s primary job. A criminal defense attorney, Ditz was often charged with providing clothes for his clients to wear during their trial. After those trials, he would be asked if they could keep the clothes he bought for them. “I always said sure. I got the clothes at Goodwill. It wasn’t anything particularly nice. I thought nothing of it, but then I started to realize that even Goodwill and Salvation Army are beyond the means of some people in Cleveland County,” said Ditz. ....
