For Keith Jefferson, owner of Jeffersonâs Hotwings, the concept is simple â they make delicious wings. âWe specialize in wings, different flavors and itâs a locally-owned, family-ran operation,â Jefferson said. Jeffersonâs Hotwings offers a dozen different wing flavors, including Caribbean Jerk, Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan. When I took a visit to try their wings â for research purposes of course â I had the Original Hot and Sweet Chili, which I was told was âslept on.â Both batches of wings were tender, juicy and full of flavor. The neighborhood is filled with the now familiar sight of mixed-use development construction, a mixture of old and new houses demarcating recent and established residents, and a hip new coffee shop across the business park with several cranes in the background. ....
