Premium Content Subscriber only The young good Samaritan hit by a car while trying to help two drivers following a fatal accident just west of Gympie last Thursday night, has been described as a “beautiful, selfless” mother of three and respected Imbil teacher. Rachel Fleming, 28, was the first to arrive on the scene of the Thursday night (June 3) crash on Glastonbury Rd, and selflessly got out of her own car to help. She saw one driver walking around, but the second driver - later identified as a 51-year-old Widgee man - had already died from his injuries.
