It’s a New Year’s Eve tradition for many Victorians: a 5km run & 3km walk from UVic McKinnon Building, and around Ring Road. Because of COVID-19, the run will be virtual on December 31st.
All proceeds go to the Runners of Compassion and Shoes for Youth, a program assisting kids with footwear.
Walk or run anytime, anywhere for the event through January 9th. You’re invited to submit your results on Race Roster afterwards. Organizers will make it official with a finisher certificate.
Registration is $15 and available at Race Roster. The event also has a Facebook page. ....
