HALIFAX Halifax Regional Police have charged a 27-year-old Dartmouth man with voyeurism and trespassing at night in relation to an incident that happened earlier this week in Dartmouth. On Thursday morning, police received a report of a suspicious person at a residence on Inverary Drive in Dartmouth. The homeowner reported that on the night of Wednesday, Dec. 9, a man had been standing directly outside a bedroom window at the back of the house and was looking in through the window. At approximately 12:40 p.m. on Thursday, police arrested 27-year-old Kyle Gordon Wright of Dartmouth, without incident. Wright is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court today to face one count each of voyeurism, trespassing at night, and three counts of failure to comply with a release order. ....
