At the Petaling Jaya Court Complex, members of the media had camped there since Friday (Jan 15) morning to follow up on the remand.
Lawyer Datuk Suraj Singh, who was representing both suspects, said the case was being investigated under Section 323 and Section 506 of the Penal Code for voluntarily causing hurt and criminal intimidation.
I can only confirm that I am representing both men and they will be remanded until tomorrow, he said when met at the Court Complex on Friday. ....
