Links House at Royal Dornoch, in Golf Road, raised the cash for Hope for Tomorrow â which brings cancer care closer to patientsâ homes via mobile chemotherapy units. The five star hotel donated The Ultimate Luxury Highlands Weekend, at a recent Aston Martin, Go Behind the Scenes, Get Behind the Wheel fundraiser, which was auctioned to one lucky winner for £2,420 with all proceeds donated to Hope for Tomorrow. A hotel spokeswoman said: The prize will keep a Mobile Cancer Care Unit (MCCU) on the road providing cancer treatments for more than 12 whole days. On average each MCCU treats 20 patients with cancer a day, so this donation means 240 people will receive their cancer treatment from the NHS outside of the hospital environme ....
