In Ridgeway, Berkhamsted, there s a proposed demolition of an outbuilding, and extensions to form a new home and division of the plot. Also there are six new homes planned on the development site at Lock View in Wilstone, and changing a commercial site on land at the back of Trowley Hill Road, Flamstead to redevelop into two homes.
