The zoom link for each event is in the event posting on the High Street Coffee House Facebook page, and on the webpage.  Our features are: March 5, Green Heron, April 2, Liz Kantz & “Doc” Rogers and May 7, Rupert Wates.  The features open and close each evening, and in between there will be 8-10 open mic slots for musicians, poets, and comedians. Eighteen years have not softened the hard-hitting nature of ‘Wee Kammu …’ The protagonist of the song, a naughty young Nonini sitting on the stairwell of his digs (in his California hood, Eastlands, not the United States of America) is addressing a young lady whom he has convinced to ‘kamu kwa keja’ (come to his crib) to accompany him to the shower.
